On Perlite Inc. has mining rights to more than 3000 acres of perlite deposits in several states.
• At a very conservative cost of $130 per ton of perlite, the potential value of our holdings of approximately 140 million tons and also assuming that 100 million tons is easily accessible, that equates to approximately $13 billion in ultimate gross sales if it is all sold.
• If assuming “in the ground” value of $50 per ton of perlite (not yet mined), the value of these combined perlite deposits is $7 billion.
• We have exclusive mining rights to large perlite deposits spread over 3000 acres in four southwestern states, with assigned serial numbers from the United States Bureau of Land Management.
